Our pipeline identifies best performing biocatalysts from a large sequence space by predicting protein structures, identifying binding sites, automated docking and MD-based simulations. Identified enzyme candidates can then be immediately validated at relevant conditions and scale. These results will save time and provide more reliable cost estimates compared to microtiter plate screening approaches.
